Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal are also available.

Direct shipping in Riviera Maya / Domestic shipping in Mexico

For destination weddings or events in Riviera Maya contact us for direct shipping to your resort or wedding venue. Getting married somewhere else in México? We can work alongside your wedding planner to deliver your bags via domestic shipping to your hotel.

Processing Time

Processing time takes 2-3 days. For larger quantities it can take up to 1- 2 weeks. And 6-8 weeks for large quantities of palm hand fans or the Palmita tote. We recommend placing your order with plenty of time if you need it for a certain date.

Our bags are handmade to order and we try to ship them as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is available.

Return Policies

Change or Cancel an Order

If your order has not started production we can change it or cancel it.

If your order is already in the making we can still cancel it in case is not a wholesale order or personalized item.

For custom and personalized items we don't accept cancellations or returns once the items are being made. We love to talk with our clients so if you have any questions before you make your purchase let us know , we'll be happy to help you.

Returns are only available for damaged or incorrect products. If you'd like to return an item because you changed your mind, shipping and any additional taxes would have to be paid by you.
