Processing times

We ship worldwide. All orders have tracking number :)

Processing time is 2-5 days. For larger orders it can be 1-2 weeks depending on quantity. Let us know if you need your items for a certain date.

Direct shipping in Riviera Maya / Domestic shipping in Mexico

For destination weddings or events in Riviera Maya, contact us for direct shipping to your resort or wedding venue. Getting married somewhere else in México? We can work alongside your wedding planner to deliver your bags via domestic shipping to your hotel.

Worry no more about packing and cross another item from your to-do list :) 

Estimated shipping times

We send the parcels via Mexico Postal Service and DHL expedited shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. 

Standard International shipping takes  3-4 weeks to Canada. And between 3-6 weeks for the rest of the world.

International shipping with Mexpost takes 2 weeks. 

For U.S. orders DHL expedited is the only shipping method available for the moment.

Expedited shipping with DHL takes 2-3 days to the U.S. and 4-6 days to Canada & the rest of the world.

Please note that during holidays, international standard delivery can take up to 8 weeks. As the post is extremely busy worldwide. We recommend shopping not later than mid October if you'd like to receive your order before Christmas.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customs and import taxes

International buyers are responsible for duties and customs charges, taxes that may be incurred. Mexico does not charge any extra taxes.
